My name is Rachel Kimmel. I started my healthcare career as a teenager. I found great satisfaction in meeting and providing care for the diverse clients I served as a home health worker. As I transitioned to working in various facilities and hospitals, I had the opportunity to care for numerous residents simultaneously. This experience deepened my connection with the residents and broadened my understanding of the challenges faced within the healthcare sector.

I witnessed firsthand the difficulties facilities and hospitals encounter in staffing adequately, particularly on days when the number of available nurses falls short. The stress experienced by nurses during these times was palpable, and I empathized with both the nurses and the residents. Throughout every shift, I dedicated myself to ensuring that each resident under my care received the highest level of attention and respect they deserve. I understand that each resident is a valued individual, a mother, father, sibling, or child—and they deserve the same quality of care I would want for my own loved ones.

It was during this period that I envisioned establishing a staffing agency focused on hiring compassionate and committed nurses who view their roles not merely as employment but as a vocation driven by passion. In August 2011, I founded Infinity Healthcare Staffing LLC. Each day, I am committed to recruiting self-motivated and caring nurses while also assisting various facilities in maintaining adequate staffing levels to ensure exceptional care for their residents.
